Clean your body inside out with 2-day body detox plan

These days many people complain about excess weight, what is more they claim that nothing works for them. We bet you have met a few people like that in your life. Despite some thing, we can’t blame them. The thing is that before starting a healthy way of living, you should prepare your body in the first place for that. In case you skip this step you may easily fail.

Which step is that you may wonder? What we have in mind is whole body detox. Of course, not only people with excess weight should opt for a detox in the beginning of their weight loss process, people who want to simply clean their bodies from all the unnecessary that stuck in your body after the holidays passed, should try this two-day detox too. The effect will leave you satisfied no matter what for you use it.

Day 1

Morning drink: combine 0,5 liter of water with sliced grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber, mint leaves and some ice. Mix it well and enjoy its freshness!

Breakfast: blend together 2 cups of baby spinach, half a ginger root, frozen banana, mango, half a cup of beet juice, same amount of skim milk and few ice cubes. Enjoy!

Snack: an apple.
Lunch: make a salad out of:

5 cups baby spinach
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 carrots 12 raw almonds
2 dates
Dress it with some lemon juice and olive oil.

a cup of veggies.

Before bed:
chamomile tea.

Day 2

Morning drink:
Mix a glass of water with some ginger and half a cup of lemon juice.

green smoothie out of: 2 celery stalks 1 small cucumber
2 kale leaves
1 handful spinach fresh parsley
1 lemon
1 apple
2 teaspoons chia seeds

some raising and almonds.

vegetable soup (we are sure you still have some left from yesterday)

an apple

1 cup baby spinach
1/2 avocado
1/3 red onion
1/2 cucumber
1 carrot
8 almonds
1 cup beans
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 tomato
1 cup roasted chicken breast With lemon and olive oil dressing.

Before bed:
chamomile tea
