Flavorful Lunch or Light Dinner…With Meat or Vegetarian!

Ingredients:

–      Tomato
–      Lettuce
–      Guacamole
–      Ground Turkey Taco meat OR black bean with some taco
–      Cilantro, green onion, jalapenos

How to prepare:

Purchase taco seasoning and follow the instruction on the packet.

Peel and cube avocado, sprinkle it with garlic powder, salt and pepper and mash with fork until desired consistency. Drizzle it with lime juice and you have the guacamole.

Chop green onion and cilantro and thinly slice a jalapeno. Cut the lettuce in half and slice it to wide shreds. Remove the core of the tomato and cut from the top almost to the bottom.

Place first the lettuce in plate. Center the tomato and add taco meat carefully to keep connected on the bottom. Top the guacamole and garnish. Ready to eat, easy, healthy pretty and taste fantastic.
