In the evening pour 2 tablespoons of chopped dandelion root in a thermos and add half a liter of boiling water. Thermos seal and leave the mixture until morning. In the morning, strain the tea and drink ½ cup 3-4 times a day, half an hour before meals.

4. LAUREL LEAFwhite birch

10 g of crushed dried leaves, put into a thermos. Add three cups of boiling water and leave it in a closed thermos for 3 hours. Strain and drink the 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day, 20-30 minutes before meals.

5. WHITE BIRCH

Pour 3 tablespoons of chopped, dried birch leaves with half a liter of boiling water. Cover it and leave the tea for 3 hours. Drink up to 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day, half an hour before meals.

6. CABBAGE

Drink half a cup of cabbage juice, 3 times a day, 20-30 minutes before meals. Every time squeeze fresh cabbage juice.
