  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed organic lemon juice

Instructions:

All you have to do is add the baking soda in a glass of water and mix it well before adding the lemon/grapefruit juice. Drink the mixture in the morning after waking up, 20 minutes before breakfast.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup water

Instructions:

3. Fruits and Baking Soda

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 cup organic strawberries
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 sprig fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender well, until you end up with a smooth mixture. Drink the smoothie twice a day.
